Long Beach Roofing promotes Elayne Padron to Branch Manager

Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal, a leading commercial roofing company with its headquarters in Oregon, has promoted Elayne Padron to Branch Manager at Long Beach Roofing, Inc., located at 1920 Obispo Ave., in Signal Hill. The 90-year-old roofing company was acquired by Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2014.

Padron was hired in 2022 as an Administrator. In her new role of Branch Manager, Padron is responsible for fielding in-coming calls, scheduling, work orders, managing Dataforma, material orders and deliveries, and other daily operational duties.

Someday, Padron says she would like to open her own business.

“I was inspired by my father to start my journey in construction at age 13,” Padron said. “I am proud of the 20 years of experience that I bring to this important role at Long Beach Roofing. I particularly enjoy working here because I am inspired to consistently grow and succeed.”

Padron earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2017. When she isn’t working, she enjoys marathon training and hiking.
