Our investigation found that the metal roof was in poor condition, some structural issues became apparent during the roof replacement which were all addressed in the roof Retro Fit over a pre-engineered metal building. |

We corrected the existing structural issues of the main structural member and the metal roof substrate.

We provided the owner with a Carlisle SynTec 20-year workmanship and labor warranty. The TPO membranes will last beyond its warranty period. This project does qualify for the Columbia Roof Advantage ® long term warranty program. |
