ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Diamond Mattress Company, family owned since 1946, operates one of the fastest growing mattress manufacturing and sales operations in North America.  As a new customer in 2019 for LBR, we helped ownership invest in and protect their building and operations with a new reinforced TPO membrane reroof.  The Carlisle Sure-Weld system is highly reflective, ENERGY STAR® qualified and Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC)-certified.

Persistent leak issues, existing roof had surpassed it’s useful lifespan.

How did the products solve those issues? 

Full edge to edge material and workmanship warranted reroof.

How long will this system last?

20+ Years.

The high-reflectivity cool roof TPO will reduce energy draw for air cooling.
