What is the building used for?  

Split use building that houses medical facilities in addition to high end apartments.

What were the issues we solved? 

Through a fully adhered and complex taper system we were able to resolve ponding issues on the roof that the building was faced with.

How did the products offer the best long-term solutions?

This project was produced with a 20-year Manufacturer’s Warranty, ensuring that the client would have a problem free roof for a minimum of 20 years.

How long will this system last?

A roofing system of the magnitude that was installed, will last well beyond the 20-years provided in the warranty.

Will they see any savings in utility bills?

Yes.

This project included gray Carlisle SureWeld 80mil TPO membrane.
