What is the building used for?
It’s a downtown storage facility that people utilize to store their belongings.
What were the issues we solved?
We have been maintaining this roof for over 30 years, there was an ample leak history. Columbia had to come up with a tried and true solution that would extend the life of this system another 10 years. Before the coating was applied there were over 10 active leaks, since the project they have all been solved.
How did the products solve those issues?
This coating product cures over time which fills and seals all of the existing cracks and factures. This eliminates water intrusion and sheds everything properly to the drainage.
How long will this system last?
Up to 10 years with proper maintenance and cleanings.
Anything unique about the installed products?
Nothing is unique about the products, what’s unique is the installers. Tony, our coating foreman, has been well versed with coatings for over 20 years. He is simply the best at what he does, which is exactly why we stand behind our people and our products.
