What were the issues we solved?
Excellent long term roof for a new building. Careful planning allowed for installation of a solar panel system without affecting the roof warranty. The building required a Net Zero rating and we were able to achieve the thermal and air tight characteristics that this required.
How long will this system last?
40 years at least.
